ACTION-BASED REFUND POLICY

All sales are subject to the Product’s or Service’s specific cancellation and refund policy, as stated herein:

Unless otherwise stated on the specific Product’s or Service’s sales page and order form and/or in these Terms, all of our products and services come with an action-based 14-Day Money Back Guarantee, with the conditions outlined above.

All we ask is that you actually take action with the business training & coaching and give it a solid go.

In order to qualify for an action-based refund, we will ask you to provide the work you have done to show you have met the specified conditions. We also will require you to do this within 14 days from the date of purchase.

To Request a Refund, You Must First Complete the Following Process:

1) - Watch & complete all videos in the Discovery Process

2) - Submit your Coaching Questionnaire

3) - Book & Attend your 1-on-1 Business Set Up Call or Reach Out Directly to your Coach to Cancel with Feedback as to Why

(Please note, refunds will not be issued for any cancelled calls whereby less than 24 hours notice is given- I value my time and yours, and arrange childcare for the majority of my calls so appreciate as much notice as possible if you cannot attend/ wish to re-arrange.

If you do not attend your scheduled Business Set Up Call and have not provided communication beforehand as to the need to cancel, then you will not be eligible for a refund and rebooking your call is at the discretion of your Coach based on your reasoning for not attending (ie: extenuating circumstance such as dangerous illness, death of a loved one, etc.). If a make-up call is booked and not attended without prior communication to your Coach, you will not be granted a refund under any circumstance.

To request a refund, respond to the email you received upon paying for and joining Conscious Creators with proof of completing the above items.

Refund will be processed by your Conscious Creators Coach upon request, if all above conditions have been met in full. Customers ineligible for a refund may be granted a partial refund in our sole discretion.
